The Heerenschürli Sports Facility, designed by Dürig AG in Zürich and Topotek 1 in Berlin, is the subject of the short film Immergrün. Located in the peripheral Schwamindingen district of Zurich, it comprises soccer fields, a baseball field, changing rooms, and a restaurant. The complex is distinguished by its unique color concept as well as its vertically extruded playing fields and hill-shaped infrastructure building, turning landscape into architecture and architecture into landscape. Accompanied by the sounds of Andres Bosshard’s on-site sonic installation, the film accentuates the uniquely spacial and atmospheric quality of this facility as well as its function as a public space.

Filmed and edited in collaboration with Angelo Sansone
